About This Role

Deliver comprehensive foot and ankle care to patients in long-term care facilities, including diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of various conditions. This role requires independent work across multiple locations, focusing on expanding mobile foot care services and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, diagnose, and treat foot/ankle conditions, including wound care and minor surgeries
• Utilize imaging tools like radiography or CT scans for diagnosis
• Manage complex cases such as diabetic foot ulcers and post-operative recovery
• Document patient encounters accurately in EHR systems
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Educate patients on foot health and preventative care
• Perform procedures using aseptic techniques and adhere to infection control practices
• Work independently across multiple locations, providing high-quality care

Requirements

• Valid licensure
• Outpatient/hospital experience
• Proficiency with EHR
• Strong clinical skills

Qualifications
