Mobile Director of Nursing (RN)

About This Role

This role involves providing complete supervision and management for the nursing department in assigned skilled nursing facilities. The Director of Nursing will exercise independent judgment and administrative authority to ensure service excellence and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide complete supervision and management for the nursing department in assigned facilities
• Exercise discretion and independent judgment in administrative duties
• Delegate authority, responsibility, and accountability for assigned duties
• Make independent choices, free from immediate direction or supervision
• Carry out operational core responsibilities and policies of the nursing department

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the states practiced in
• Two (2) years of recent Director of Nursing experience with excellent quality and survey outcomes
• Understanding of federal, state, rules & regulations, and survey practices
• Ability to travel, including overnight stays

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent Director of Nursing experience with a history of excellent quality and survey outcomes
