Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Finance/SCM Lead Manager

About This Role

Lead end-to-end implementations of Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) for clients, focusing on transforming finance and supply-chain processes. You will design solutions, manage workstreams, and mentor teams to deliver lasting value and improved efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Understand client business and model processes into ERP
• Manage end-to-end implementations of D365 F&O
• Design end-to-end solutions, leveraging industry best practices
• Interact daily with client counterparts
• Build company tools and assets, and improve delivery processes
• Select software and ISVs, and train on new versions and tools
• Lead a team of Deloitte professionals to design and deliver D365 solutions
• Work with clients to understand business requirements and design solutions
• Provide leadership to the delivery team throughout implementation
• Collaborate with other experts within and external to Deloitte
• Support qualifying and pre-sales activities
• Maintain high expertise and current knowledge of Dynamics 365 platform features
• Work with near shore and offshore delivery centers

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant consulting experience
• 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience
• 5+ full-life cycle implementations in Finance or Operations
• Experience as a D365 Functional Lead
• Deep functional skills in D365 Finance
• Experience in business requirement documentation & design documentation
• Experienced in preparing and leading workshops with key stakeholders
• Sales experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 10+ years of relevant consulting experience; 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience; 5+ full-life cycle implementations in Finance or Operations

Nice to Have

• Dynamics 365 solution data model experience
• Data migration tools and processes within Dynamics 365 experience
• Experience with D365 SCM
• Experience with D365 Retail
• Familiarity with key ISV solutions AppSource and Microsoft's partnering model
