Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Finance/SCM Lead Manager

About This Role

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Finance/SCM Lead Manager will play a pivotal role in transforming finance and supply-chain processes for clients by implementing cloud-based ERP solutions. This role involves understanding client businesses, modeling processes into ERP, and leading end-to-end D365 F&O implementations.

Responsibilities

• Understand client's business and model their processes into the ERP system
• Manage end-to-end implementations of D365 F&O
• Design end-to-end solutions, leveraging industry best practices and interacting with counterparts
• Lead a team of Deloitte professionals to design and deliver solutions based on the Dynamics 365 platform
• Collaborate with other experts within and external to Deloitte
• Support qualifying and pre-sales activities
• Maintain a high level of expertise and current knowledge of Dynamics 365 platform features
• Work with near shore and offshore delivery centers within the Deloitte network

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant consulting experience
• 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience
• 5+ full-life cycle implementations in Finance or Operations
• Experience as a D365 Functional Lead
• Deep functional skills in D365 Finance
• Experience in business requirement documentation & design documentation
• Experienced in preparing and leading workshops with key stakeholders
• Sales experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 10+ years of relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment; 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience

• Data migration tools and processes within Dynamics 365
• Experience with D365 SCM
• Experience with D365 Retail
• Familiarity with key ISV solutions AppSource and Microsoft's partnering model
