Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Finance/SCM Lead Manager

About This Role

Lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations, designing scalable solutions and contributing to project management and business transformation for clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand client's business and model processes into ERP
• Manage end-to-end implementations of D365 F&O
• Design end-to-end solutions, integrating industry best practices
• Build company tools, improve delivery processes, and select software
• Train on new versions and tools to maintain expertise
• Lead a team of professionals to design and deliver D365 solutions
• Work with clients to understand business requirements and design functional/technical solutions
• Provide leadership to the delivery team throughout implementation
• Collaborate with internal and external experts
• Support qualifying and pre-sales activities
• Maintain expertise in all features of the Dynamics 365 platform
• Work with nearshore and offshore delivery centers

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant consulting experience
• 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience
• 5+ full-life cycle implementations in Finance or Operations
• Experience as a D365 Functional Lead
• Deep functional skills in D365 Finance
• Experience in business requirement documentation & design documentation
• Experienced in preparing and leading workshops with key stakeholders
• Sales experience
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 10+ years of relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment, or as an internal consultant within industry. 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience.

Nice to Have

• Dynamics 365 solution data model experience
• Data migration tools and processes within Dynamics 365 experience
• Experience with D365 SCM
• Experience with D365 Retail
• Familiarity with key ISV solutions AppSource and Microsoft's partnering model
