Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Finance/SCM Lead Manager

About This Role

Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementations, designing robust solutions that leverage the product's strengths to meet client business requirements and bridge functional gaps. This role involves managing project workstreams and providing leadership to delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand client business and model processes into ERP
• Manage end to end implementations of D365 F&O
• Design end-to-end solutions, incorporating industry best practices
• Interact daily with counterparts and collaborate with experts
• Build company tools and assets, and improve delivery processes
• Select software and ISVs, and train on new versions/tools
• Lead a team of Deloitte professionals to design and deliver D365 solutions
• Work with clients to understand business requirements and design solutions
• Provide leadership to the delivery team through the implementation
• Support qualifying and pre-sales activities
• Maintain a high level of expertise and knowledge of Dynamics 365 platform features
• Work with near shore and offshore delivery centers

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant consulting experience
• 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience
• 5+ full-life cycle implementations in Finance or Operations
• Experience as a D365 Functional Lead
• Experience and deep functional skills in D365 Finance
• Experience in business requirement documentation & design documentation
• Experienced in preparing and leading workshops with key stakeholders
• Sales experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 10+ years of relevant consulting experience; 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience; 5+ full-life cycle implementations in Finance or Operations; experience as a D365 Functional Lead

• Dynamics 365 solution data model experience
• Data migration tools and processes within Dynamics 365
• Experience with D365 SCM
• Experience with D365 Retail
• Familiarity with key ISV solutions AppSource and Microsoft's partnering model
