Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Finance/SCM Lead Manager

About This Role

Lead end-to-end implementations of Dynamics 365 F&O, designing solutions that are usable, scalable, and fit-for-purpose. Gain trusted advisor status by understanding client business and developing strategies using Infor and Deloitte solutions. Oversee multiple workstreams within projects, ensuring coordination and progress.

Responsibilities

• Understand the client's business, modeling their processes into the ERP, playing with the product's strength to meet requirements and to bridge gaps to bring value
• Help manage end to end implementations of D365 F&O
• Design the end-to-end solution, providing the best of industry processes while interacting daily with counterparts
• Play a key role in building the company's tools and assets, improve delivery processes, select software and ISVs, and train on new versions and tools
• Lead a team of Deloitte professionals to design and deliver solutions based on the Dynamics 365 platform for clients
• Work with clients to understand their business requirements and work with both functional and technical consultants to design solutions
• Provide leadership to the delivery team through the implementation
• Collaborate with other experts both within and external to Deloitte
• Support qualifying and pre-sales activities
• Maintain a high level of expertise and current knowledge of all features of the Dynamics 365 platform
• Work with near shore and offshore delivery centers within the Deloitte network

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment
• 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience
• 5+ full-life cycle implementations in Finance or Operations
• Experience as a D365 Functional Lead
• Experience and deep functional skills in D365 Finance
• Experience in business requirement documentation & design documentation
• Experienced in preparing and leading workshops with key stakeholders
• Sales experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 10+ years of relevant consulting experience; 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience; 5+ full-life cycle implementations in Finance or Operations
