Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Finance/SCM Lead Manager

About This Role

Lead end-to-end implementations of D365 F&O, leveraging strong business and functional skills to design scalable and maintainable solutions for clients. This role involves managing multiple workstreams, providing guidance, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Understand client's business and model processes into ERP
• Manage end-to-end implementations of D365 F&O
• Design end-to-end solutions, providing best industry processes
• Interact daily with counterparts, building tools and assets
• Improve delivery processes, select software and ISVs, and train on new versions
• Lead a team of Deloitte professionals to design and deliver Dynamics 365 solutions
• Work with clients to understand business requirements and design solutions with functional and technical consultants
• Provide leadership to the delivery team throughout implementation
• Collaborate with other experts within and external to Deloitte
• Support qualifying and pre-sales activities
• Maintain high level of expertise and current knowledge of Dynamics 365 platform features
• Work with near shore and offshore delivery centers

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment
• 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience
• 5+ full-life cycle implementations in Finance or Operations
• Experience as a D365 Functional Lead
• Deep functional skills in D365 Finance
• Experience in business requirement documentation & design documentation
• Experienced in preparing and leading workshops with key stakeholders
• Sales experience
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Ability to travel up to 50%

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 10+ years of relevant consulting experience, with 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience and 5+ full-life cycle implementations.
