Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Finance/SCM Lead Manager

About This Role

As a Manager for Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations, you will lead a team to design and deliver solutions for clients, understanding their business requirements to create scalable and maintainable solutions. You will bridge gaps and bring value by playing with the product's strength to meet requirements for end-to-end D365 F&O implementations.

Responsibilities

• Understand the client's business, modeling their processes into the ERP
• Help manage end to end implementations of D365 F&O
• Design the end-to-end solution, providing the best of industry processes
• Interact daily with your counterparts
• Play a key role in building the company's tools and assets, improve delivery processes, select software and ISVs
• Train on new versions and tools, keeping knowledge sharp
• Lead a team of Deloitte professionals to design and deliver solutions based on the Dynamics 365 platform
• Work with clients to understand their business requirements and collaborate with functional and technical consultants to design solutions
• Provide leadership to the delivery team through the implementation
• Collaborate with other experts both within and external to Deloitte
• Support qualifying and pre-sales activities
• Maintain a high level of expertise and current knowledge of all features of the Dynamics 365 platform
• Work with near shore and offshore delivery centers within the Deloitte network

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large or boutique consulting firm, or serving as an internal consultant within industry
• 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience
• 5+ full-life cycle implementations in Finance or Operations
• Experience as a D365 Functional Lead
• Experience and deep functional skills in D365 Finance
• Experience in business requirement documentation & design documentation
• Experienced in preparing and leading workshops with key stakeholders
• Sales experience
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 10+ years of relevant consulting experience, 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience

• Dynamics 365 solution data model
• Data migration tools and processes within Dynamics 365
• Experience with D365 SCM
• Experience with D365 Retail
• Familiarity with key ISV solutions AppSource and Microsoft's partnering model
