Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Finance Senior Consultant

About This Role

This role involves understanding client business processes, modeling them into ERP systems, and leveraging product strengths to meet requirements and bridge gaps. You will manage end-to-end implementations of D365 F&O, design solutions, and interact daily with counterparts.

Responsibilities

• Understand the client’s business and model their processes into the ERP
• Play with the product's strength to meet requirements and bridge gaps to bring value
• Help manage end-to-end implementations of D365 F&O
• Design the end-to-end solution, providing the best of industry processes
• Interact daily with counterparts
• Play a key role in building the company's tools and assets
• Improve delivery processes
• Select software and ISVs
• Train on new versions and tools, keeping knowledge sharp
• Provide deep domain expertise in one or more vertical industries
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions
• Lead activities of one of the project's workstreams

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment
• 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience
• 3+ full-life cycle implementations in Finance or Operations
• Experience and deep functional skills in D365 Finance
• Experience in business requirement documentation & design documentation
• Experienced in preparing and leading workshops with key stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment, or as an internal consultant within industry, with 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience
