Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Finance Senior Consultant

About This Role

This role involves understanding client business needs and modeling them into ERP solutions, specifically focusing on end-to-end implementations of D365 F&O. The consultant will leverage product strengths to meet requirements and provide industry best practices to clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand the client's business, modeling their processes into the ERP
• Effectively utilize the product's strengths to meet client requirements and bridge gaps to bring value
• Manage end-to-end implementations of D365 F&O
• Design end-to-end solutions, providing best-of-industry processes
• Interact daily with client counterparts
• Lead activities of a project workstream, including planning, design, refinement sessions, and D365 configuration
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and maintain documentation
• Oversee testing activities for the workstream and manage Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions
• Build company tools and assets, improve delivery processes, and select software/ISVs
• Train on new versions and tools to maintain up-to-date knowledge

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment
• 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience
• 3+ full-life cycle implementations in Finance or Operations
• Experience and deep functional skills in D365 Finance
• Experience in business requirement documentation & design documentation
• Experienced in preparing and leading workshops with key stakeholders
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment, or as an internal consultant within industry, with 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience and 3+ full-life cycle implementations in Finance or Operations.
