Merchandising Part Time Days

About This Role

This role will support Lowe's Merchandising and Store Operations by building eye-catching displays and implementing strategies to showcase in-demand products. The Merchandising Services Associate ensures signage, pricing, and displays are accurate, safe, clean, and visually appealing to enhance the customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects according to Lowe's specifications and provide proof of completion
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping
• Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage, as well as digital maintenance of this information
• Confirm product pricing information is clearly visible and replace any missing price labels
• Help drive add-on sales by staging clearance products, sorting products, and ensuring displays are placed appropriately
• Repair/replace damaged or missing items, including signage, merchandise and displays
• Communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs with Merchandising Services Team and Manager
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to store, market, and corporate leaders
• Engage with customers when opportunities arise, listen to inquiries, and communicate product or warranty information
• Assist in locating or handling merchandise for customers

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
• Ability to hear, listen, and to communicate verbally with others
• Ability to utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
• Ability to minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without accommodation

Qualifications

• Entry level

Nice to Have

• Lowe's sales floor experience
• Experience performing product merchandising tasks, including reading planograms and setting up and tearing down displays
• Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
• Working knowledge of essential tools (e.g., hand tools, drills, saws, etc.)
