Merchandiser

About This Role

This Merchandiser role is responsible for presenting Coca-Cola products attractively in retail locations, ensuring shelves are stocked, rotated, and point-of-sale materials are displayed. The position maintains multiple accounts, fostering strong business relationships with store personnel.

Responsibilities

• Fill, merchandise, and rotate products on display and shelves according to procedures and special programs
• Physically move product from the backroom and place it on display
• Create and distribute point-of-sale materials on display and shelves where permitted
• Fill and merchandise Fastlane merchandisers and vendors, checking for proper operation
• Organize and maintain the backroom by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor
• Arrange the return of empty pallets, shells, damaged, and out-of-date product to the branch
• Foster business relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up on requests and proactive discussions

Requirements

• Effective communication skills (listening, speaking, writing)
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively)
• Ability to work reliably and independently with little daily supervision
• Valid in-state driver’s license
• Excellent driving history
• Proof of insurance policy (liability and property damage: at least $50,000 per person/$100,000 accident/$50,000 property damage, deductible $500 or less)

Nice to Have

• Prior customer service experience in a retail setting
