Merchandiser

About This Role

As a Merchandiser, you will visit retail stores to execute merchandising plans, manage inventory, and optimize product displays to ensure brand visibility and sales for SPAR Group's partners.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms, resets, product cut-ins, POP placement, and returns
• Meet with store personnel to review objectives and confirm merchandising plans
• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels
• Stock shelves and organize product displays
• Take before/after photos and upload them through their mobile reporting tool
• Travel between store locations as needed
• Report work completion the same day via their mobile app

Requirements

• Comfortable working weekday daytime hours
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and be on your feet for extended periods
• Understand and follow planograms and visual instructions
• Access to a smartphone (Android or iOS) and internet
• Reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Previous retail or merchandising experience preferred (but not required)
