This internship provides direct support to the Member Assistance Center team at GreenState Credit Union, focusing on scheduling, workforce optimization, branch experience, mystery shopping, and project management. Interns will gain valuable experience in the financial industry and contribute to various departmental and organizational projects.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to GreenState's core values in serving members and colleagues
- Demonstrate a positive internal and external member service focus
- Ensure confidentiality of member information
- Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of department events
- Provide administrative and clerical support for departmental and organizational projects
- Interact with internal and external GreenState parties including employees, leaders, members, and vendors
- Participate in community service organizations and/or Credit Union sponsored events
Requirements
- Current student in good academic standing
- Undergraduate student entering their junior or senior year prior to the internship
- Enthusiasm about knowledge acquisition and learning
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Good telephone manners and techniques
- Ability to use and understand written material
- Ability to work with minimal direction and exercise sound judgment
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency with related computer applications, spreadsheets, word processing, and database applications
- Must be bondable
