Media Services Coordinator, Media Management and Distribution

About This Role

Serve as the central authority for Amazon and MGM Original content delivery to internal/external stakeholders beyond Prime Video. Manage deliveries through proprietary internal tools and coordinate with third-party vendors for custom asset creation. Provide expert consultation on technical content specifications and delivery requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and facilitate the delivery of Amazon and MGM Original content to diverse internal and external stakeholders beyond the Prime Video platform
• Collaborate with various Amazon subsidiary organizations
• Manage deliveries systematically through requests submitted via proprietary internal tools for tracking and workflow management
• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with third-party vendors when necessary
• Coordinate with vendors to facilitate the creation of customized assets tailored to multiple use-cases and partner requirements
• Provide expert consultation to partners and stakeholders regarding technical questions or challenges on content specifications, delivery requirements, or related matters

Requirements

• 2+ years of coordination, project management, asset operations or post delivery experience
• 2+ years of episodic and film workflows technical experience
• Experience coordinating, documenting, and communicating inter-departmental meetings and outcomes
• Experience with productivity and communications tools including Microsoft Office products and applications
• Experience in production and post production

Qualifications

• 2+ years of coordination, project management, asset operations or post delivery experience; 2+ years of episodic and film workflows technical experience

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of digital media assets / various file formats
• Experience in the entertainment industry
• Experience leveraging and improving internal tools
