As a Med Technician, you will coordinate medication administration and assist residents with daily living activities, making a significant impact on their well-being and comfort.
Responsibilities
- Assist with medication administration for all assigned residents
- Provide daily care to residents, including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals
- Monitor residents' physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed
- Document completed tasks such as daily shift reports, resident records, and negotiated service agreements
- Communicate confidentially and clearly to other staff regarding urgent needs and concerns to the Health Care Director
Requirements
- State certification to pass medications
