Med Technician

About This Role

As a Med Technician, you will coordinate medication administration for residents and assist them with daily living activities, contributing to their physical and emotional comfort within a senior living community.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medications for all assigned residents
• Assist with the daily care of residents, including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed
• Document completed tasks such as daily shift reports, resident records, and negotiated service agreements
• Confidentiality communicate clearly with other staff, including urgent needs for the next shift and all concerns to the Health Care Director
• Demonstrate the ability to manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
