About This Role

Join Peter Basso Associates as a Mechanical Engineering Co-Op to gain hands-on experience in engineering design for building projects. Assist engineers and designers with critical tasks using industry-standard software and contribute to real-world applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineers and designers with assistance on design projects
• Work in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software on building design and/or renovation projects
• Prepare calculations for a variety of building systems
• Conduct field surveys and dimensioning of existing systems with engineers and designers

Requirements

• Working toward a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Interest in Architectural Engineering/Engineering Design
• GPA of 2.7 or higher
• Enrolled in an accredited four-year college
• Basic understanding of engineering fundamentals

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Nice to Have

• AutoCAD experience
• Revit experience
