About This Role

Peter Basso Associates is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Co-Op to join their team in Troy, MI. This program offers college students hands-on learning experience in engineering design, assisting with design projects and a variety of building systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineers and designers with assistance on design projects
• Work in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software on building design and/or renovation projects
• Prepare calculations for a variety of building systems
• Prepare field surveys and dimensioning of existing systems with engineers and designers

Requirements

• Working toward a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 2.7 GPA or higher
• Enrolled in an accredited four year college
• Basic understanding of engineering fundamentals

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Nice to Have

• Interest in Architectural Engineering/Engineering Design
• AutoCAD or Revit Experience
