About This Role

Launch and scale your own Goosehead Insurance franchise, leveraging a proven economic model to build equity in a recurring revenue business within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Engage in intensive training modules on franchise operations, leadership, and sales strategy
• Participate in executive-led sessions and business roundtables
• Develop a comprehensive business plan for your franchise
• Shadow top-performing agents and agency owners
• Operate as the Founder & Business Owner of your franchise entity upon program completion
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team
• Execute Goosehead’s proven market penetration and growth strategies
• Build strategic partnerships with referral networks
• Leverage enterprise resources while maintaining full control over P&L

Requirements

• MBA degree (completed within the past 60 months, or within 6 months of completion)
• Demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship, business ownership, or franchise models
• Experience in leadership roles (academic, extracurricular, or professional)
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Ability to obtain required insurance and business entity licenses

Qualifications

• MBA degree (completed within the past 60 months, or within 6 months of completion)
• Demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship and leadership roles (academic, extracurricular, or professional), with prior experience in sales, consulting, finance, or business operations preferred.
