Manage digital marketing programs for an enterprise environment, leading cross-functional teams, overseeing project schedules, and driving process improvements. This contract role involves collaborating with creative and media teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional marketing squads
• Act as a program quarterback, keeping teams aligned and moving
• Run scrums, status meetings, and planning sessions
• Translate business needs into clear project requirements and specs
• Build and maintain project schedules, marketing calendars, and roadmaps
• Manage dependencies and proactively identify risks
• Support media trafficking and in-market execution
• Drive process improvements and automation

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience as a Senior-level Marketing Program / Project Manager
• Strong marketing and digital campaign background
• Experience working with creative teams and agencies
• Ability to lead cross-functional marketing squads
• Experience using Jira/Workfront in a fast-paced, enterprise marketing environment
