About This Role

This role involves leading the growth strategy and execution for a new B2C product within Agoda, focusing on user acquisition and retention. The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will collaborate with product, fintech, and cross-functional marketing teams to take the product from early stage to scale. It offers a unique opportunity to build a new vertical from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Co-own the go-to-market strategy with product, including targeted segments, unique selling proposition (USP), and product positioning
  • Design the end-to-end marketing strategy for the new B2C product, covering user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention
  • Execute the marketing strategy by launching and optimizing various marketing channels (e.g., paid search, app campaigns, affiliates)
  • Work closely with Product and Design teams to shape onboarding experiences, in-app messaging, and key user journeys
  • Collaborate with Fintech, Legal, and Compliance to ensure accurate, compliant, and user-friendly campaigns and messaging
  • Translate regulatory constraints into clear, user-friendly communications for customers
  • Build and continuously improve dashboards, reporting, and processes to scale growth operations
  • Manage and mentor a team of analysts/marketers as the vertical expands over time

Requirements

  • 8+ years of marketing experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on growth/direct marketing in app-based or digital products, with a focus on user acquisition and retention
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Comfortable working with data and performance metrics (CAC, LTV, activation, retention, payback, cohorts)
  • Ability to pull and analyze data using SQL and/or self-serve BI tools
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial / builder mentality
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity, set up new processes, and "figure things out"
  • Bias for action and experimentation
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience collaborating with multi-team departments

Qualifications

  • At least 8 years of experience with 3+ years of hands-on growth/direct marketing in app-based or digital products, focusing on user acquisition and retention.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Direct marketing, Performance marketing and Affiliate marketing for financial products
  • Experience in fintech or financial services (e.g., Travel cards, multicurrency wallets)
  • Experience launching or scaling a new product or major feature
