This role involves transforming technology platforms and driving innovation within Deloitte's AI & Engineering team, specifically focusing on Life Sciences Patient Services. The manager will help clients achieve transformation goals by leveraging expertise in patient services, interfacing between clients and implementation teams to identify and implement digital health solutions that improve patient outcomes, and designing, implementing, and optimizing patient support programs.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients and Deloitte professionals through the implementation of patient services technology solutions, including patient CRM, patient data & analytics solutions
- Advise clients and Deloitte professionals on overall solution architecture across CRM, AI, Data, and web technology stacks
- Prepare deliverables and provide leadership support to present findings and recommendations to clients and/or firm leadership
- Establish relationships with key client end users to drive further adoption of applications at all levels of their organization
Requirements
- 6 years of experience in Life Sciences Patient Services Consulting
- 1 year of experience utilizing AI platforms (Chat GPT, Grok, Anthropic) for research and documentation
- 4 years of experience as a solution architect with Patient Data platforms (AWS, Databricks)
- 4 years of experience as a solution architect with Patient CRM platforms (Salesforce, Veeva)
- 4 years of experience with PAP, Copay and/or Adherence Programs for a pharmaceutical manufacturer or patient services hub provider
- 6 years of experience using Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for professional documents and presentations
- Ability to travel 50% on average
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences or related field
- 6 years of experience in Life Sciences Patient Services Consulting
Nice to Have
- Advanced degree (e.g., MHA, MBA)
- SQL, Power BI, Tableau data analytics skills
- Experience coordinating with globally located teams
- Salesforce System Architect, Salesforce Application Architect, or other relevant Salesforce certifications
- Experience implementing Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud
- SAFe, PMP, PMI, or Agile certifications
- Experience defining personas, user journeys, and product features for life sciences patient services clients
