Manager Physician Practice - Concierge

About This Role

The Manager Physician Practice oversees the daily operations and efficient flow of multiple physician practices, coordinating resources while ensuring safe and competent practice. This role involves managing schedules, monitoring quality, improving team morale, and contributing to business development and marketing plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of physician practices
• Assure prompt and efficient patient throughput, coordinating all resources while ensuring safe/competent practice
• Manage physician schedules, vacation time, and paid time off
• Manage quality assurance and monitor the overall quality of daily operations
• Maintain accurate record keeping of support staff to ensure all competencies are fulfilled
• Communicate efficiently with all team members, including updates and process changes
• Responsible for team member evaluations, payroll, and provider bonus requests
• Mentor and oversee Coordinators/Leads to execute daily tasks
• Participate in business development and marketing plans to grow the business
• Maintain productivity standards and cost control measures

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Understanding of physician practice environment
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of computer systems and applications including Microsoft Office and eClinical Works

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree
• Three to Five years of experience in Physician Practice management with a strong business background preferred.

Nice to Have

• Bachelors' Degree in Healthcare Administration
