Lead and deliver Finance Transformation engagements by designing and implementing innovative business and technology solutions for large companies. Collaborate with CFOs and finance leaders to modernize finance functions and drive organizational change.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver small engagements or components of larger, more complex Finance Transformation engagements
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions to improve finance operations
- Use advanced analytical techniques to diagnose issues and develop actionable insights
- Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables by effectively managing the team and day to day relationships
- Develop and present recommendations based on thorough analysis and client interactions
- Participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities
- Manage, mentor, and develop team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least two full life cycle cloud-based Oracle EPM implementations (FCCS or ARCS)
- 6+ years of relevant consulting experience
- Experience in writing business rules and supporting technology implementation methodologies
- Proven ability to interact with both business-oriented and IT-oriented clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- 6+ years of relevant consulting experience in a corporate environment or with a consulting firm
Nice to Have
- Knowledge or experience with ETL tools and databases
- Understanding of finance business processes and corporate reporting requirements
- Experience in writing Groovy scripts
- Familiarity with industry benchmarks and best practices
- Ability to interact at all levels, build consensus, and foster change
- Experience managing engagements or parts of larger projects
- Involvement in presales, proposals, and RFP activities
- Superior analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Willingness to mentor and counsel junior staff
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
