About This Role

This role will lead client engagements for a global strategy and AI consulting firm, developing strategic recommendations and contributing to the firm’s growth. The Manager will partner with senior executives to deliver innovative and practical solutions in fintech, financial services, and healthcare sectors.

Responsibilities

Lead project teams to deliver strategic, analytical, and operational solutions to clients
Develop and apply innovative ideas using traditional consulting toolkits as well as AI and advanced analytics
Serve as a thought partner for senior executives, providing insight and actionable recommendations
Contribute to the development of intellectual property, methodologies, and client relationships
Collaborate across internal teams to drive the success of projects and initiatives
Support the firm’s growth by helping expand client engagements and practice areas

Requirements

5–8 years of relevant experience in consulting, professional services, or strategy-focused roles
Track record of developing intellectual property, client relationships, or distinctive insights
Strong business intuition and ability to understand complex industries and operational challenges
Exceptional interpersonal and client-facing skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated leadership capabilities
Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities

Qualifications

Strong academic record from an ivy league undergraduate institution
5–8 years of relevant experience in consulting, professional services, or strategy-focused roles
