Responsibilities

• Achieve desired personal sales goals
• Achieve desired team revenue goals through leadership and motivation
• Inspire and develop team members to deliver exceptional membership experiences
• Ensure the in-club environment drives results at the membership services desk
• Recognize and celebrate individual and team successes
• Demonstrate working knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies
• Follow up with sales leads and prospects in a timely manner
• Communicate and implement club policies and procedures to employees
• Implement and support company programs and promotions to generate new sales leads
• Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere that enhances service quality
• Ensure the club meets standards for cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security
• Reinforce a Culture of Cleanliness among staff
• Perform above average on all measurable Key Performance Indicators
