About This Role

Manage all aspects of a Domino's restaurant shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations. Lead by example and ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.

  • Maintain perfect image and adherence to standards
  • Provide great customer service
  • Ensure attendance and punctuality of staff
  • Oversee store cleanliness
  • Support marketing efforts
  • Contribute to store profitability

Requirements

  • Ability to manage all aspects of a shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash control, and customer relations
  • Willingness to follow all company policy and procedures 100% of the time
  • Ability to ensure crew follows policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Experience working your way up in the restaurant world.
