Manage all aspects of a Domino's restaurant shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations. Lead by example and ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Manage all cost controls during your shift
- Oversee inventory control
- Handle cash control accurately
- Manage customer relations effectively
- Set an example for crew members
- Follow all company policies and procedures 100% of the time
- Ensure crew members adhere to all policies and procedures
- Staff appropriately for shifts
- Complete necessary paperwork
- Manage food quality and stock
- Work efficiently to a schedule
- Maintain perfect image and adherence to standards
- Provide great customer service
- Ensure attendance and punctuality of staff
- Oversee store cleanliness
- Support marketing efforts
- Contribute to store profitability
Requirements
- Ability to manage all aspects of a shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash control, and customer relations
- Willingness to follow all company policy and procedures 100% of the time
- Ability to ensure crew follows policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Experience working your way up in the restaurant world.
Nice to Have
- Some college education related to restaurant management
