Responsibilities

• Manage all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during the shift
• Set an example by following all policy and procedures 100% of the time
• Ensure staff adhere to policies and procedures
• Oversee staffing and paperwork
• Manage food and work to a schedule
• Maintain perfect image and adherence to standards
• Ensure great customer service
• Handle store cleanliness and local marketing efforts
• Work towards profitability targets
