Responsibilities
- Manage all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during the shift
- Set an example by following all policy and procedures 100% of the time
- Ensure staff adhere to policies and procedures
- Oversee staffing and paperwork
- Manage food and work to a schedule
- Maintain perfect image and adherence to standards
- Ensure great customer service
- Handle store cleanliness and local marketing efforts
- Work towards profitability targets
Requirements
- Good judgment
- Proficient in basic math
- Ability to multitask
- Reliable transportation to/from work
