Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on production and facility equipment for L3Harris Technologies in Camden, Arkansas, ensuring compliance with OSHA and NEC standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks following manufacturer publications, blueprints, and schematics
- Maintain all production and facility equipment
- Perform general maintenance tasks
- Conduct production machinery upkeep, repair, and maintenance
- Engage in general welding and millwright activities
- Install new equipment
- Conduct preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, electro-mechanical and mechanical work
- Perform boiler maintenance, including troubleshooting, monitoring, and repair
- Perform general shop upkeep, cleaning, and organizing
Requirements
- Familiarity with OSHA and NEC standards
- Capability to understand and work on all production and facility equipment
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent or Associate’s Degree
- Minimum of 6 years of prior relevant maintenance experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associate’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related maintenance experience.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge and understanding of service and installation processes of industrial equipment
- Respirator and Breathing air devices and work on fire/rescue teams qualified
- Maintenance certification or training from a college or trade school
- Experience or training in one of the following: Mechanical, HVAC, Boiler, and/or Electrical
- State License in Mechanical, HVAC, Boiler, and/or Electrical fields
