Maintenance Mechanic C

About This Role

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on production and facility equipment for L3Harris Technologies in Camden, Arkansas, ensuring compliance with OSHA and NEC standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks following manufacturer publications, blueprints, and schematics
• Maintain all production and facility equipment
• Perform general maintenance tasks
• Conduct production machinery upkeep, repair, and maintenance
• Engage in general welding and millwright activities
• Install new equipment
• Conduct preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, electro-mechanical and mechanical work
• Perform boiler maintenance, including troubleshooting, monitoring, and repair
• Perform general shop upkeep, cleaning, and organizing

Requirements

• Familiarity with OSHA and NEC standards
• Capability to understand and work on all production and facility equipment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent or Associate’s Degree
• Minimum of 6 years of prior relevant maintenance experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associate’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related maintenance experience.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge and understanding of service and installation processes of industrial equipment
• Respirator and Breathing air devices and work on fire/rescue teams qualified
• Maintenance certification or training from a college or trade school
• Experience or training in one of the following: Mechanical, HVAC, Boiler, and/or Electrical
• State License in Mechanical, HVAC, Boiler, and/or Electrical fields
