Support the Presidential Helicopter program by assisting the Workload Scheduler in creating, maintaining, modifying, and analyzing CCPM projects and project plans. This role involves reviewing aviation PMI event forecasts and analyzing capacity limitations, participating in workload planning meetings, and developing visual representations of project performance.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Workload Scheduler in creating, maintaining, modifying, and analyzing CCPM projects and project plans
- Review Aviation PMI (Planned Maintenance Interval) event forecasts and analyze capacity limitations based on resource requirements and required Work in Process (WIP)
- Assist with loading project templates into the workload scheduling software
- Participate in workload planning meetings and present 'what-if' analysis to the Industrial Operations and Maintenance teams
- Develops and maintain charts/graphs and other visual representations of project performance
- Continuously monitor accuracy of workload executed to workload plans and schedules
Requirements
- Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance and Yankee White Clearance
- U.S. Citizenship
- Proficient with Microsoft Tools Suite (Excel, Word, PPT, Project)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient skills
Qualifications
- BS or BA degree preferable but not required
- Incumbent will be placed within a Junior-level position and will work under the Workload Scheduler.
Nice to Have
- Navy or Marine Corps Aviation Maintenance experience
- NALCOMIS/OOMA experience
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and cross-team projects within an agile environment
