About This Role

Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the community's physical plant and grounds, ensuring a safe, attractive, and enjoyable living environment for residents, staff, and the public.

Requirements

Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Prior maintenance experience preferred

Nice to Have

Prior maintenance experience
Knowledge in electrical, heating and cooling
