Mail Operations Associate

About This Role

The Mail Operations Associate supports internal and external clients by ensuring timely and accurate processing of operational activities, mainly focusing on indexing documents, establishing new client IDs, handling checks, and managing mailings within Ascensus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate routing of transactions to all internal business groups.
• Scan daily hard copy mail received into the imaging system.
• Responsible for all aspects of ad hoc and daily mailings.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and meet goals.
• Provide input to management on client issues and escalate potential risks.
• Achieve service level goals for all lines of business.
• Research and resolve comments or client requests as assigned.
• Provide feedback/solutions to leadership to minimize risk and improve processes.
• Represent Ascensus in a professional manner through use of professional format and tone in verbal and written correspondence.
• Work to ensure common goals for the team are achieved and provide exceptional customer service to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or equivalent work experience
• Familiarity with MS-Office software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Detail-oriented with focus on specific tasks
• Ability to work in a team environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or equivalent work experience

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with MS Visio and Access
• Basic understanding of operational function
• Ability to work overtime as necessary
