M&A Integration & Divestiture Senior Consultant

About This Role

The M&A Integration & Divestiture Senior Consultant advises clients through mergers and acquisitions, focusing on strategy, execution, and value maximization throughout the transaction lifecycle. This role involves guiding deal execution, developing work plans, and ensuring seamless integration or divestiture processes for corporate and private equity clients.

Responsibilities

• Advise and aid clients in delivering faultless executions of M&A transactions.
• Guide deal execution by aligning integration or divestiture strategies, Day 1 plans, and future-state goals.
• Assist with synthesizing overall strategy by analyzing a wide variety of solutions.
• Select relevant tools/techniques for client requirements such as business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis.
• Interpret and report on analytical outputs.
• Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope.
• Develop work plans for components of engagements and coordinate activities between workstreams.
• Identify changes in scope and design deliverable content to reflect engagement contracts and client needs.
• Improve deliverable quality through verification and validation of results.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to corporate and private equity clients.

Requirements

• 4+ years of M&A I&D or service delivery experience
• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years consulting and/or industry experience (or MBA with 2+ years relevant experience)
• Ability to travel up to 50%

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or MBA
• 4+ years of M&A I&D or M&A I&D service delivery experience; alternatively, an MBA with 2+ years relevant work experience.
