M&A Integration & Divestiture Senior Consultant

About This Role

This role involves guiding clients through critical moments and transformational initiatives by providing M&A Integration & Divestiture advisory services. It encompasses supporting the entire deal lifecycle from strategy and planning to execution, ensuring faultless transaction delivery.

Responsibilities

• Advise and aid clients in delivering faultless executions of M&A transactions across their enterprises
• Guide deal execution by aligning integration or divestiture strategies, Day 1 plans, and future-state goals to maximize value in complex market conditions
• Assist with synthesizing overall strategy by analyzing a wide variety of solutions
• Select the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements such as business case, pricing or complex financial analysis; and interpreting and reporting on outputs
• Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope, developing work plans for components of engagements, coordinating activities between workstreams, and identifying changes in scope
• Design deliverable content to precisely reflect the engagement contract and client needs, working alongside Managers
• Strive to improve deliverable quality through verification and validation of results, serving as trusted advisors to corporate and private equity clients

Requirements

• 4+ years of M&A I&D or M&A I&D service delivery experience
• Bachelor's degree or MBA (with 2+ years relevant work experience for MBA holders)
• Ability to travel up to 50%

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or MBA (required for candidates with 2+ years of relevant experience)
• 4+ years of M&A I&D or M&A I&D service delivery experience (2+ years with an MBA)

• Ability to perform analysis and synthesize data into useful insights
• Eagerness to mentor junior staff
