M&A Integration & Divestiture Senior Consultant

About This Role

The M&A Integration & Divestiture Senior Consultant advises clients through mergers and acquisitions, providing end-to-end support for transaction execution. This role involves guiding integration and divestiture strategies, Day 1 planning, and achieving future-state goals to maximize value in complex market conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with synthesizing overall strategy by analyzing a wide variety of solutions
• Select and apply relevant tools/techniques for client requirements like business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis
• Interpret and report on analytical outputs
• Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope
• Develop work plans for components of engagements
• Coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope
• Design deliverable content to reflect engagement contracts and client needs
• Improve deliverable quality through verification and validation of results
• Serve as trusted advisors to corporate and private equity clients

Requirements

• 4+ years of M&A I&D or M&A I&D service delivery experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to travel up to 50%

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of M&A Integration & Divestiture service delivery experience, or 4+ years consulting and/or industry experience (or MBA with 2+ years relevant experience)

• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
