This role involves assisting Registered Nurses in providing quality patient care as part of a system float pool. The LPN will contribute to nursing assessments and ensure effective communication within the healthcare team.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the nursing assessment by collecting, reporting, and recording objective and subjective data
- Provide direct care in a safe manner
- Evaluate the plan of care on a continuous basis
- Effectively communicate in writing and orally with patients/families and other health team members
- Participate in activities designed to improve health care delivery in assigned area
Requirements
- Technical Degree or Diploma Nursing - LPN
- 1-3 years LPN experience
- Willingness to float to adult facilities
- BASIC LIFE SUPPORT - American Heart Association certification
- Licensed Practical Nurse in Arkansas, Mississippi, or Tennessee
Qualifications
