Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric and/or adult patients in their homes as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Johnson City, TN. This role involves utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from health care members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
Requirements
- Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray
Qualifications
- One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
