The Logistics Specialist ensures excellent customer service and commercial success by managing order fulfillment and communication from order receipt to proof of delivery. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient logistical operations within OSEM USA, a subsidiary of Nestlé S.A.
Responsibilities
- Manage orders and fulfillment process, ensuring the highest customer service level.
- Support the commercial team with key information such as KPIs, inventory, and other challenges, utilizing SAP.
- Act as the main contact point for Osem USA and its 3PL warehouse, managing inventory and all communications.
- Extend support to the operational team and coordinate POS material distribution.
- Receive and manage order receipts, schedule delivery routes, and monitor order flow and delivery plan execution.
- Measure performance of the 3PL warehouse and monitor KPIs.
- Control costs and continuously improve warehouse activities and distribution efficiency.
- Manage inventory accuracy and receipts, monitoring warehouse activity and processes.
- Manage ASKI interface and become an operations expert for SAP and EDI systems.
- Work closely with Accounts Receivable to manage 'at risk customers' following internal processes.
- Ensure on-time and correct invoicing, proof of delivery, and alignment of warehouse and SAP information.

- Structured with good overview, strong in time management & ability to prioritize
- Highly organized
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain or operations, or minimum 4-5 years' experience in a similar customer service, operations, logistic position.
- Minimum 4-5 years' experience in customer service, operations, or logistics if no bachelor's degree.
Nice to Have
- Working experience in FMCG companies
- Experience in SAP (Business One)
