Logistics Coordinator III, Amazon Inbound Transportation, Prepaid Transportation

About This Role

The Logistics Coordinator III will assist the prepaid management team within Amazon Global Logistics Transportation by researching defects, managing disruptions, and coaching carriers for Amazon's Inbound Transportation. This role focuses on improving carrier performance through data analysis and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Communicate externally with carriers and selling partners regarding required thresholds for Carrier Performance
• Analyze data to provide performance feedback to carriers and assist with disputing inaccurate defects
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to uphold compliance with Amazon's standards
• Drive resolution to disruptions in the inbound processes

Requirements

• 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel) experience
• High school or equivalent diploma
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Are 18 years of age or older

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent diploma
• 1+ years of experience working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel)

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon experience
• Knowledge of basic SQL queries
