As a Loan Sales Specialist, empower customers by providing friendly, fast, and affordable financing while driving individual and branch goal achievement. You'll manage the entire loan lifecycle, engage customers across multiple channels, and educate them on financial products.
Responsibilities
- Effectively multitask and adapt to dynamic demands to ensure timely and efficient service
- Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy, and encouragement
- Develop new connections and maintain relationships by engaging customers throughout the loan process and life cycle
- Present tailored solutions based on customer needs
- Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities, while maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Engage with customers and other departments through multiple technological channels (phone, email, chat, in-house systems)
- Exhibit passion for achievement, demonstrating an internal drive to succeed and a goal-oriented attitude
- Clearly educate and inform customers on optional insurance products, ensuring thorough understanding of loans, terms, and options
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
