Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain customer connections by engaging throughout the loan process and life cycle, presenting tailored solutions
- Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities, while maintaining compliance with regulations
- Engage with customers and other departments via phone, email, chat, and in-house systems
- Exhibit passion for achievement, demonstrating an internal drive to succeed and a goal-oriented attitude
- Educate and inform customers on optional insurance products, ensuring thorough understanding of loans, terms, and options
Requirements
