The Loan Sales Specialist listens to customers' needs to provide access to friendly, fast, and affordable financing. This role focuses on empowering customers, exceeding expectations, and managing the loan lifecycle while growing professionally.
Responsibilities
- Effectively multitask and adapt to dynamic demands, ensuring timely and efficient service
- Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy and encouragement, delivering results related to individual and branch goals
- Develop and maintain customer connections by engaging throughout the loan process, presenting tailored solutions
- Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities, while maintaining compliance
- Engage with customers and other departments through multiple technological channels
- Exhibit passion for achievement, bringing an internal drive to succeed and goal oriented attitude
- Clearly educate and inform customers on optional insurance products, ensuring thorough understanding of loans, terms and options
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
