Loan IQ SME Analyst

About This Role

Support the Finance Change the Bank group in the end-to-end implementation of Loan IQ, focusing on finance, accounting, and control-related deliverables. Partner with various departments to streamline workflows, reporting, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support the Finance Change the Bank group in the end-to-end implementation of Loan IQ
• Focus on finance, accounting, and control-related deliverables
• Partner closely with Product Control, Accounting, Treasury, IT, Project Management, and Operations to streamline workflows, reporting, and best practices
• Contribute to the design and implementation of the Finance Target Operating Model, including end-to-end testing and validation of controls
• Leverage deep knowledge of Loan IQ data elements to define reporting requirements, identify pain points, and propose process and system improvements

Requirements

• 7-10 years of overall Finance/Accounting experience
• 5-7 years of hands-on Loan IQ experience, including prior Loan IQ implementations
• Strong hands-on expertise in Loan IQ, with the ability to execute a wide range of transactions and translate business needs into detailed requirements
• Proven experience in business requirements documentation, test case creation and validation, and execution of testing with Finance stakeholders
• Ability to define target operating models, manage risks and issues, and support production releases while working cross-functionally with technology and operations teams
• Knowledge of Loan IQ data elements and implementations

Qualifications

• 7-10 years (minimum) of overall Finance/Accounting experience, with 5-7 years of hands-on Loan IQ experience, including prior Loan IQ implementations.
