Responsibilities
- Perform all cooking functions to prepare daily menus
- Butcher all meats and fish
- Work omelet/carver station
- Maintain clean and orderly work areas
- Formulate recipes for soups, sauces, and specials
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a high volume quality kitchen
- Ability to prepare foods requiring short prep times
- Team player
- Self motivator
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organization skills
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience working in a high volume, quality kitchen
