About This Role

Join the Back of House team as a Line Cook, responsible for superior customer satisfaction through accurate and efficient food assembly. Ensure high standards in food quality, service, and cleanliness while adhering to core company values.

Responsibilities

  • Produce food quickly, efficiently, and accurately to company standards, ensuring superior customer service
  • Continuously test all food products for taste, appearance, and consistency to assure compliance with company food standards
  • Clean and maintain the kitchen regularly, including proper and timely maintenance on all machines and equipment
  • Maintain superior knowledge of the entire food menu, ingredients, modifications, cook times, and assembly order
  • Follow proper protocol and management for ticket orders and table number groupings
  • Ensure proper presentation and/or preparation of food for dine-in or to-go orders
  • Become familiar with new menu items and their preparation, cook times, and assembly
  • Support the Back of House team by ensuring prep is completed, coolers are stocked, and equipment is clean and ready for service
  • Assist with the par/inventory/order of food supply
  • Coordinate food service with other departments as necessary

Requirements

  • 18+ years of age
  • 1 year of food preparation and/or kitchen experience
  • Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established protocol and recipes
  • Dependable, honest, trustworthy, possesses integrity
  • Positive attitude and great personal drive
  • Courteous and enthusiastic
  • Successful completion of General Team Member Training Certification
  • Successful completion of Line Cook Training Certification
  • Availability to work on weekends
  • Reliable transportation

Qualifications

  • High school graduate preferred
  • 1 year of food preparation and/or kitchen experience

Nice to Have

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently
