Produce and execute meal services ensuring high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and safety for up to 2000 guests per meal. This role involves meal preparation, cleaning, food safety documentation, and inventory support.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, plan, and clean for meal service for up to 2000 guests per meal
- Assist and participate in cleaning projects to ensure policy and procedural compliance
- Maintain cleanliness, readiness, and food quality standards
- Document and execute food safety plans, daily checklists, food waste management, and stock rotation
- Support the food service manager in ordering and receiving stock items
- Monitor food preparation and storage to ensure adherence to ServSafe training
- Clean and maintain all kitchen appliances, equipment, and food service areas
- Communicate professionally and effectively with guests regarding dining experience and allergen information
Requirements
- A personal relationship with Christ
- Strong work ethic
- Highly organized with an eye for detail
- Excellent personal hygiene
- Strong sense of urgency and timeliness
- A servant’s heart, with a strong calling towards hospitality
- Problem solving skills, ability to think quickly to adjust plans and still achieve desired outcomes
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods of time
