Join Battle & Brew as a full-time Line Cook, preparing diverse menu items and contributing to a fun, geek-themed dining experience for the 18+ gaming community.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to specification
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• Monitor food inventory
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Assist in preparing high-quality dishes for everyday service and special events

Requirements

• Kitchen skills including food preparation, cooking techniques, knife skills, and attention to detail
• Teamwork, collaboration, and effective communication within a kitchen or food service setting
• Knowledge of health and safety protocols, proper food handling, and cleanliness standards
• Time management and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role is preferred.
