The Light Industrial Project Manager will oversee ground-up and renovation projects from planning through closeout, managing budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, safety, quality, and client communication. This role involves leading field teams, managing documentation, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to high standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of light-industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field operations to ensure safe, high-quality delivery
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, design partners, and key stakeholders
- Work directly with the leadership team to align project strategy, resolve challenges, and support company goals
- Manage all project documentation and drive consistent communication to keep teams coordinated and projects on track
- Help pursue new work and grow their image across the midwest
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience running light industrial or big box projects from inception to completion
- Experience working on ground up builds $20MM+
